Our clubs can all be booked through School Gateway.
Club bookings are renewed each half term and information is sent to parents through School Gateway and through the newsletter.

This term we will continue with our good selection of clubs available to children across the school. The list of clubs is at the foot of this email message.
We are introducing some new clubs this term.
NEW CLUBS
Basketball on Wednesday is for year 4-6 children
French – Thursday will continue to be for Y3-6 children and is open to beginners – no books will be required and we will be introducing French for Beginners for year 1 – 2 on a Monday
Change of days – Y1 & 2 Tennis – was Thursday, now MONDAY
For this half term there will be no STEM computer club as they are unable to provide staffing but hopefully they will be back after October half term.
BOOKING
All clubs should be booked and paid for through School Gateway (using the app or online).
The online booking will open on Thursday 7th September at 9.00pm. Please note that although the clubs will appear on your school Gateway, you will not be able to book or pay for them until after 9.00pm on 7th September. Any booking made before this time will be cancelled and any payment made refunded.
All Clubs start during the week beginning 18th September 2023 and run for 5 weeks up to half term.

- You may book one club only for your child. This gives more children the opportunity to attend clubs. If there are any places left, these will be offered in due course.
- Always book the club first and then pay. Payment alone does not secure a place and the system allows payments even if the club is full.
- It is really important to book your child's place before making any payment.
- Payment must be paid in full – any unpaid bookings will be cancelled. Please let us know if you have any difficulty making a payment.
- Bookings are for the full half term block of club sessions (4 or 5 sessions). We are not able to accept bookings for individual sessions, nor are we able to refund any sessions if your child is unable to attend.
- Previous attendance to a club does not secure a place. Booking and payment must be made – this is to make it fair to everyone.
- Places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, and they tend to book up quickly.
- Do not book or pay for any clubs before 9pm on Thursday 7 September (even if they appear on your app before this). All early bookings will be cancelled.
