These are the five tasks mentioned on the online form.
Task A: Phone message
You have been left a voicemail from a parent who has been unable to log into the payments app. She needs a place for both of her children at after-school club (wraparound care) as she has an unexpected late meeting at work.
Task B: School Comms Message
You have been sent a School Comms message (School Comms is our messaging app for use by parents). It is from the parent of a Year 1 child. It is a brief message which states that their child won't be in school today because they are unwell.

Through the post, you have received a pack of paperwork for a child who has recently joined the school. The information is from their previous school. Within the paperwork there are some child protection / safeguarding records.
